CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, N.Y. — A rollover crash in Chautauqua County on Tuesday night has caused the death of one Jamestown woman while injuring two others.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office said that at around 7 p.m., officers responded to a crash on Route 394 near Carpenter Pringle Road in the Town of North Harmony.
Upon arrival, it was determined that an SUV carrying three people went off the road, flipping over and ejecting one of the passengers inside.
Franchesca L. O'Neal-Hawkins, 22, of Jamestown was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both the driver and the other passenger were taken to UPMC Hamot for their injuries.
Police say the investigation remains ongoing.
