$2 million apartment building purchases

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Williamsville-based real estate investment firm Jakku Properties LLC purchased three apartment buildings on Buffalo's West Side last week for a combined $2 million.

Two buildings, at 721 Ashland Ave. and 584 Potomac Ave. were sold by M2 Acquisitions Inc., of New York City. The third, at 201 Linwood, was sold by Jakala Enterprises Inc., of East Amherst.

Representatives from Jakku Properties declined to comment.
