BUFFALO, N.Y. — A line malfunction caused an interruption of power for some people in downtown Buffalo on Thursday.
"Power rerouted itself on our network in the city so no customers lost service, but it likely caused power to flicker" in some places, a spokesperson for National Grid told 2 On Your Side.
National Grid said it was aware of the issue and that an investigation is underway.
Crews are "working to repair the damaged equipment," the spokesperson said.
