Buffalonians can exercise like a Buffalo Bill as Fitness on the Field comes back

The community fitness event at Highmark Stadium starts just before the Buffalo Bills home opener.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo residents have the opportunity to exercise at Highmark Stadium, where the Bills play, as Fitness on the Field returns.

This year's event, taking place on September 13 and 14, will include sunset yoga, boot camp, spinning classes, and a KidsZone.

The spinning classes are limited to 50 people per class, and registration is required. There is a $5 fee for Friday and a $10 fee for Saturday, with all proceeds being matched by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and donated to local non-profits, as announced by the Buffalo Bills.

Additionally, spectators and children under 10 can enter for free.

Vice president of community affairs for Highmark Michael Ball said the event is exciting.

“We're incredibly excited to see Fitness on the Field grow into a weekend-long fitness event,” said Ball.
