HAMBURG, N.Y. — A new restaurant will be making its way to Hamburg at the Fairgrounds Hamburg Gaming building.
Costing $3 million, 'Indulge' will officially open its doors during a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 16. The restaurant is a collaboration between Hamburg Gaming and Delaware North.
Indulge will replace the former Midway Buffet, bringing guests a menu centered around fried, comfort, and grilled foods. People can check out the restaurants full menu here.

Following the ribbon cutting ceremony, the restaurant will officially open to the general public in the afternoon.
