BUFFALO, N.Y. — A popular cookie shop, Half Baked Cookies, has opened up its third Western New York location.
The cookie shop, which is based in Lockport, had announced that the new Elmwood Avenue location was in the works back in May. A grand opening was held on Saturday at 11 a.m.
“We are incredibly excited to open our doors on Elmwood Avenue,” founder Angila Snediker said. “Our mission has always been to spread joy through our cookies, and this new location allows us to reach more people in the Buffalo community. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to our grand opening and share the deliciousness we’ve been baking up.”
“We believe in creating memorable experiences for our customers,” Snediker added. “Our grand opening is not just about celebrating our new location, but also about thanking our community for their continued support and love. We look forward to many more years of baking delicious cookies and making sweet memories with our customers.”
The community was encouraged to come check out the family friendly grand opening, which featured a free chocolate chip cookie for the first 100 customers, and a special edition tote bag for the first 50 customers who spend over $40.
