BUFFALO, N.Y. — Ahead of their annual festival, the Friends of Music is Art are holding a guitar auction fundraiser that includes dinner and drinks, entertainment, a basket raffle- and a chance to win an autographed guitar from your favorite artist.
15 signed guitars will be auctioned, each from award-winning artists and groups including:
- Taylor Swift
- The Rolling Stones
- The Eagles,
- James Taylor
- Deep Purple
- Alice Cooper
- KISS
- Def Leppard
- Guns N Roses
- Metallica
- Bruce Springsteen
- Zeppelin-Page/Plant
- Jimmy Buffet
- Eric Clapton
- Willie Nile
Other autographed items will be available at the auction in addition to the guitars. The fundraiser happens August 8 at 6 p.m. at the Variety Club in Lancaster.
Ticket fees are $50, and can be purchased online at musicisart.org.
