Grand Island gas station robbery

GRAND ISLAND, NY — The Erie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying a man accused of robing a gas station.

GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. — Buffalo Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help in identifying a man accused of robbing a gas station.

The man allegedly robbed the Mobile Station at 1837 Love Road in Grand Island at about 10:13 p.m. Friday night. Police say the man displayed a black handgun and demanded cash. He fled on foot with an unknown amount of money.

Buffalo Crime Stoppers describes the suspect as a light-skinned black male with a shaved head. He was seen wearing gold-mirrored aviator sunglasses, a blue long-sleeve shirt with a black bubble vest, darks and white sneakers.

Buffalo Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1000 reward for information on the suspect.
