CHAFFEE, N.Y. — A new wedding and event venue is coming to Route 16 in the Hamlet of Chaffee.
The 13,000 square foot facility will be called The Annex. It is being built at the site of the former Earl's Restaurant. That building is now being torn down.
A ground-breaking is expected sometime in the fall with an opening set for next spring.
