BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo's Jason Arno will be honored during the 38th annual Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial Service this weekend.
The International Association of Fire Fighters will host the event in Colorado Springs. Buffalo Fire Commissioner William Renaldo will be there, at Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial Park.
"Like all of our fallen firefighters, we want them remembered, we want their sacrifice to be remembered, and we don't want that to be lost. And we want the families to know that we're always there for them," Renaldo said.
The Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial Service starts be held Friday and runs through Sunday. More than 300 names will be added to a Wall of Honor.
