OLEAN, N.Y. — The Erie County Sheriff's Office and Buffalo Police Department are looking for the community's help in locating 17-year-old Robert Kemp.
Robert was reported to missing from Buffalo on July 22, and was last seen in the Olean-area. He was wearing blue checkered pants, and a black hooded sweatshirt.
Police describe Robert as a Black male with brown eyes, and black hair. He stands at 5'11" tall and weighs approximately 135lbs.
