NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. — People in Western New York can now add a new restaurant to their list of places to try in North Tonawanda following the much anticipated grand opening of El Punto Mexican Cantina.
Located across the street from the popular Riviera Theatre, the newest addition to Webster Street brings not only a unique menu to the area, but also a fun atmosphere to checkout with both friends and family.
El Punto officially opened their doors to the community on Tuesday, February 6 and will be open daily Tuesday through Sunday with hours from 4p.m. to 2a.m. except on Sunday's which are 11a.m. to 4p.m.
Taking center stage in the middle of the restaurant customers can checkout their refurbished Volkswagen bus that includes a table to dine in, colorful artwork throughout the location and more.
On the restaurants website they write
"This long journey started with a sketch that became reality following many obstacles including the pandemic. We offer an amazing Mexican experience taking Mexican food out of the old world and putting our own twist. The goal is for the community to feel welcomed every time they step through our door and satisfied when they leave."
