BUFFALO, NY - Phase one of a major project along Buffalo's Outer Harbor is now open to the public.
You're looking at the new nautical-themed playground in Buffalo's Outer Harbor State Park, which officially opened up Sunday at 6 p.m.
The new addition also features picnic pavilions and added green space.
Phase 2 of this 200-acre park will start at the end of summer and will be focused on the breakwall area.
