BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Bills LT Dion Dawkins is inviting people to get into the Christmas spirit with free ice skating at Canalside next month.
Happening on Tuesday, Dec. 3 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. the Dion's Dreamers Foundation and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield will host free ice skating for the community at Canalside.
The free event includes rentals, ice rink activities, hot chocolate, snacks, and more. Santa will also be at the event for pictures.
"In 2020, Dion’s Dreamers was founded to provide mentorship and support to young men and women in underserved communities, as well as those in a place of mental, financial, or physical hardship. Dion’s Dreamers also aims to advocate for vulnerable populations by increasing awareness of the environmental issues that directly affect their communities." according to a press release from the foundation.
