"It's just a great opportunity to give back to the community especially here in Niagara Falls knowing there are so many people that are homeless and in need," volunteer Mark Piwowarczyk said. "It's just good to know that all three of us including about 40 of us today that are giving back. Whether it is in the soup kitchen or clothes or decorating, it's just nice to know that there is a place in Niagara Falls for these people."

Around 40 students attended the Giving Tuesday event with an additional 40 students planning to visit the following Tuesday, Dec. 10 to help give back once again.
