BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police Department is looking for the community's help in locating 16-year-old Melvin Velasquez.
Melvin was last seen in the 700 Block of Plymouth Avenue in the City of Buffalo. He was last seen wearing a blue, long-sleeve shirt, a black shoulder bag, and white sneakers.
He is described by police as standing 5'5" tall, weighs 130lbs, and has black hair with brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
