MORGANTOWN, WEST VIRGINIA - Two students at West Virginia University who were charged in the death of a Williamsville teenager may have their charges dropped.
The two were charged with hazing after the death of Nolan Burch during a fraternity ceremony two years ago.
Now, The Buffalo News reports 22-year-old Richard Schwartz of Williamsville and Jordon Hankins of New Jersey have accepted a deal that will give them community service and dismiss the charges if they avoid legal trouble for the next two years.
