A Buffalo woman got to experience the ultimate grocery shopping experience.
Ashley Jackson won a three-minute shopping spree at Tops Friendly Market. Jackson scored the opportunity during a silent auction at this year's Buffalo Black Caucus event.
She raced around the store to get as much into her grocery cart as she could during the three-minute window.
"I was so excited to do it. But, once you're in the moment, my mind got into a cluster. Like, 'oh my God', I got to try to hurry up and grab this and grab this... we got three minutes. I'm satisfied," Jackon said after her haul.
She was also very grateful to have her sister by her side during the spree helping her while she grabbed some needed necessities.
"It means a lot. I'm a mom of four. I have a newborn right now so it's looking like, those diapers, especially those diapers, they're gonna come in real handy."
Jackson's grand total came out to over $1,600, but she didn't have to pay a dime at checkout.
