BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo Police patrol vehicle and a pickup truck collided early Sunday morning on the city's East Side.
The crash happened around 3:45 a.m. at Bailey Avenue and Erskine Avenue, just south of the 33.
A spokesperson for the Buffalo Police Department said an investigation is focusing on whether the driver of the pickup truck had a medical issue at the time of the crash.
The drivers of both vehicles were taken to Erie County Medical Center and were treated for injuries that police said were not thought to be life-threatening.
