BUFFALO, N.Y. — This upcoming weekend has a lot to offer between the beautiful hot weather and festivals to check out in Western New York.
Because of the hotter temps the Buffalo Police are reminding people that they should enjoy all that there is to offer but maybe not take pets along for those experiences too.
In a post made to their social media pages they wrote "Heat Advisory: Due to expected temperatures this weekend, pet owners should consider leaving their pets at home if attending events throughout the city like the Italian Festival on Hertel Avenue, the Irish Festival on the Outer Harbor, or the Buffalo Garden Walk."
