BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo police officer was involved in an incident Tuesday around 10pm.
According to investigators, the officer responded to a call at Michigan Avenue and Edna Place in Buffalo and was standing in the street. He was swiped by a vehicle that was unrelated to the original call. The vehicle then fled the scene according to authorities.
The officer taken by ambulance to ECMC. He was treated and released.
