BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police are looking for the community's help in locating 24-year-old Justina M. Singer.
Justina is described as white female with brown hair and eyes. She stands at 5'4" tall and weighs approximately 120lbs. She also has a large tattoo on her back showing wings.
Police say that she could be in the area of Broadway and Bailey.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
