BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police Department is looking for the community's help in locating 41-year-old Arthur Photiadis.
Arthur is known to frequent the area of the Elmwood Village and is considered a vulnerable adult.
Police reports describe Arthur as a white male with brown hair, and hazel eyes. He stands at 5'11" and weighs 135lbs. His last known clothing is unknown but he regularly wears button up shirts and slacks.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately. Buffalo Police also note to do not approach.
