BUFFALO, NY- It took an Erie Co. Court jury just over three hours to find a Buffalo man guilty in the shooting death of another man at the Anchor Bar last year.
Jorge Suarez, 27, was convicted of second degree murder and weapons possession. Suarez walked into the Main St. restaurant on May 20, 2016, where he shot 32-year-old employee Freddie Dizon of Buffalo.
Suarez faces up to life in prison when sentenced by Erie County Court Judge Thomas Franczyk later this month.
