BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Firefighters were called to a level 1 hazmat situation near Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park on Tuesday morning.
The incident happened at 315 Ship Canal Parkway just after 9 a.m.
Officials say a barrel containing magnesium plates caught on fire. The fire was contained to the barrel and extinguished with soda ash.
No one was injured.
