Winter preparedness series to return for City of Buffalo residents

The Buffalo Common Council has expanded their winter preparedness series to reach every district in the city. Registration is now open for those attending.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Common Council has announced that they will be hosting their second annual winter preparedness series for the community. 

Happening on multiple dates, the series is free to attend and will help residents get ready for the winter months ahead. 

This year the Common Council has expanded the series to have a preparedness event hosted in every district within the city. 

People looking to attend can preregister now and see the list of locations with their dates by clicking here. Those who register will receive a winter kit (1 per household) and essential tips from local organizations. 

Registration is only allowed for one event, and those registering must live in the district of the event they plan to attend.
