BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens are getting a rebrand with new signs across the gardens' different exhibits and introduce the next phase within larger expansion projects.
Dozens of new educational and wayfinding signs will help visitors learn more about diverse plant species and collections- from chocolate trees to carnivorous plants.
The new signage marks the next phase of the Botanical Gardens' rebrand- which has already introduced a revitalized logo, refreshed color palette, updated mission statement, and a new website.
A grant from the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo supports the project of introducing new signs throughout the conservatory, produced by Beyond Print Solutions in partnership with Metal Supermarkets.
The branded signs inform visitors about key features of different plants and guide visitors through the exhibits. In addition to colorful signs, an updated admissions desk and gift shop will greet visitors and reinforce the new brand.
"Our team works incredibly hard to care for these plants and show them off to the world," said Amanda Johnston, the gardens' Director of Education. "We now have a way to share even more than just their beauty with the public."
New plants, exhibits, and educational opportunities will be coming to the Botanical Gardens this fall- and through 2027 as their expansion continues.
