BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Police are investigating the death of an 18-year-old male.
They were called to an apartment on Lower East Lane just before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, where a body was found in a basement. Thursday afternoon, police say the victim's death has been ruled a homicide.
The identity of the person has not been released at this time.
