BUFFALO, N.Y. — 2 On Your Side is celebrating all the ways that the Buffalo Bills give back to the community.
On Tuesday night, Bills' defensive end Shaq Lawson was at Tops on Jefferson Avenue for a meet and greet.
Lawson said ever since coming to Buffalo he has wanted to take some time to check on the community in East Buffalo.
"We all witnessed a bad tragedy in this community, a lot of people lost their lives, it impacted a lot of families so coming back here after the incident happened I feel like it's the right thing to do."
Tonight's event was also a tasting for locally made food with one local entrepreneur who said food always helps bring the community together.
