BUFFALO, N.Y. — Community Bank and Citizens Bank will each close two branches in Western New York, according to notices published by the federal Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
Community Bank has applied to close its branches at 8036 Route 60, Cassadaga, and 24 North Buffalo St., Springville — along with seven other branches throughout New York state.
Citizen's Bank will close two branches inside Tops Friendly Markets locations at 800 Harlem Road, West Seneca, and 890 Young Street, Tonawanda. It also announced a branch closure at a Tops in Rochester.
