BUFFALO, N.Y. — An all-terrain vehicle rider was seriously injured after a crash on Thursday afternoon.
Buffalo police responded to the incident near the intersection of Ashley and Peck Streets around 2:45 p.m. Accident investigators say the ATV struck a Chevrolet Malibu.
The 31-year-old male rider was transported to ECMC. He is listed in critical condition.
Police say the female driver of the Chevy Mailbu had non-life threatening injuries.
No charges have been filed at this time.
