AMHERST, N.Y. - A former employee and her mom have been charged in a June attack on another worker at the Harlem Rd. Chuck E. Cheese.
Keinisha Ware, 18, and Sonya Holmes, 49, both of Buffalo, turned themselves into Amherst Police early last month. The two are charged with robbery and assault.
A police report of the incident says Ware bumped into and tried to punch a co-worker and was fired. She returned later with her mom and another woman and the trio started punching the 17-year-old victim. They also stole her cell phone before they took off, according to police.
Police still hope to lay charges against that third suspect. The victim was treated for her injuries at Children's Hospital
