ARCADE, NY — A southern tier man accused of shoplifting about 17 times is facing 20 counts of petit larceny.
New York State Troopers arrested Nicholas J. Kinmartin, 31, of Arcade, NY on 20 counts of petit larceny. Kinmartin was caught on camera approximately 17 times shoplifting about $1,428 worth of merchandise from the 7/11 in Yorkshire.
Kinmartin was processed at the State Police Office in Machias and released on an appearance ticket.
He will appear in Town of Yorkshire Court at a later date.
