AMHERST, N.Y. — A single-family home in Amherst recently sold for $2.5 million.
Raja S. and Sirisha S. Cheruvu sold the property at 47 Sanctuary Court to Erik Rasmus Dahlin of Buffalo, according to Oct. 24 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office. The site is 1.43 acres.
The home, built in 2015, has six beds, five baths, and a fireplace, based on Erie County Real Property information.
This is Amherst's seventh million-dollar home sale of the year so far, making it the third hottest municipality for high-end home sales, according to Business First’s reporting. Clarence and Buffalo are tied for No. 1.
