EAST AURORA, N.Y. — Looking for a fun way to get into the holiday spirit this weekend?
East Aurora is hosting their 51st annual 'Carolcade' celebration on Saturday, December 23 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
What is 'Carolcade' you may be wondering?
'Carolacde' is a large gathering on Main Street where everyone sings along to their favorite holiday tunes. Song books are printed in the East Aurora Advertiser paper or online here leading up to the event for those who want to follow along with lyrics.

- Jingle Bells
- Away in the manger
- Rudolph the red nose reindeer
- Frosty the Snowman
People who may be traveling in the area should be aware that Main street will close for the event at 6:30 p.m. and reopen around 8:30 p.m.
Those attending the event can also get complementary hot chocolate at Vidler's 5 & 10 as well as extra song books. The event will also feature a special appearance from Mr. & Mrs. Clause.
Other streets people may gather during the event besides Main include Elm, and Olean as well.
