BUFFALO, N.Y. — Four people had to be rescued after becoming trapped by flood waters early Friday morning.
The heavy rains caused flooding in many areas, especially viaducts in the City of Buffalo.
Firefighters were called to a water rescue at Tonawanda and Niagara Streets.
Three people trapped in a pick up truck were rescued by firefighters using a truck ladder.
A young woman trapped on top of her vehicle had to be rescued by boat.
No one was hurt. Firefighters remind people to not travel through flooded areas to avoid getting stuck.
