SANBORN, N.Y. — Niagara County Sheriff's deputies helped rescue three people from a house fire in the Town of Cambria.
Deputies arrived at the fire around 3:45 a.m. Monday on Bear Road. When they arrived an attached garage was fully engulfed in flames and it was spreading towards the rest of the house, according to the sheriff's office.
Lieutenant Furey and patrol entered the home to help three adults and their dog evacuate the house.
Pekin and Sanborn Fire Companies worked to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
