SALAMANCA, N.Y. — The Salamanca Police Department and the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office are investigating the death of a 38-year-old man in the City of Salamanca.
Police say the man was found dead inside a house on Waite Avenue Monday morning. They have not released his identity at this time.
Jeremiah Desjarlais, 35, and Derrick Marsh, 31, both from Salamanca, have been arrested and charged with with murder in the second degree. Both men are being held in the city jail until arraignment.
The investigation is ongoing.
