ORCHARD PARK, NY - Two people were hurt following a two-car accident in Orchard Park early Monday.
The accident happened on North Buffalo Road near Webster Road just before 6am.
Orchard Park Police say a 17-year-old female from Colden was traveling north on North Buffalo Road when she drifted into the southbound lane, hitting a vehicle driven by a 58-year-old man from Buffalo.
The male victim had to be extricated from his vehicle. He was taken to ECMC by Mercy Flight with injuries to his head, leg and arm.
The female driver was also taken to ECMC with abdominal injuries. Police are looking into whether she had a medical issue just before the accident.
Police are not releasing the names of the victims.
