Former Youth Baseball President pleads guilty

A West Seneca man has pleaded guilty to embezzling nearly $50,000 from a youth baseball league.

BUFFALO, NY-A West Seneca man has pleaded guilty to embezzling nearly $50,000 from a youth baseball league.

Kevin Chodkowski, 46, of West Seneca, was president of the West Seneca Youth Baseball Association. In Erie County Court Friday he admitted diverting money raised through registrations and fundraisers from the Association's checking account into his own between 2011-2014.

Chodkowski's already paid full restitution. He faces up to six months in jail and five years probation when Judge Thomas Franczyk sentences him in February.
