BUFFALO, N.Y. — A trio of potential high-profile Elmwood Village projects batted .333 before the Buffalo Planning Board.
During the marathon three-hour meeting Monday, the board approved plans for the Lofts@102Elmwood, an apartment-anchored building near the now-closed Bullfeather’s site, but deferred any vote on a separate apartment building further south on Elmwood and a planned day care center inside the Elmwood Crossing footprint.
