BUFFALO, N.Y. — U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced Thursday that a former youth pastor was sentenced to 84 months in prison for trying to record a minor changing their clothes.
Investigators say Nathan L. Rogers, 40, of East Aurora set up iPhones in his camper at Darien Lake in July 2019 and invited a minor inside to change out of her bathing suit.
After changing her clothes, the minor noticed the phones recording her, attempted to delete the videos, and called the police, officials said.
Police detained and questioned Rogers while later finding nude images of the victim located on the phones.
