BUFFALO, NY-- A Buffalo woman was arrested Monday for allegedly being drunk and drinking alcohol in front of a toddler.
Deputies say they responded to a call outside 43 Court Street around 2:30 p.m. for a report of an intoxicated person with a toddler.
Luanne Isaacs, 32, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, disorderly conduct and drinking in public.
Isaacs is currently in the Erie County Holding Center pending her arraignment. Deputies were able to locate the mother of the child and handed custody over to her.
