JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — New York State Police announced an arrest was made on Oct. 24 in connection to a possible stalking incident.
On Sunday Oct. 20, Troopers out of SP Jamestown responded to a report of a possible stalking incident in the town of Westfield, NY.
Troopers say a 28-year-old victim noticed a possible tracking device on their vehicle. The device was identified as a Tracki Model TRKM110-T and was taken into evidence. The Bureau of Criminal Investigation requested a subpoena for the device and the account details came back to 46-year-old Robert Spoon of Westfield .
Troopers arrested Spoon and charged him with stalking. He was processed in Jamestown and transported to Cattaraugus County Jail pending his arraignment. Spoon was also ordered to stay away from the victim.
