West Seneca Police looking for dash cam footage from Monday, August 5

The West Seneca Police are looking for dash cam footage from Monday, August 5 around the area of 935 Harlem Rd near the Buffalo Creek bridge overpass.

WEST SENECA, N.Y. — West Seneca Police are looking for the public's assistance in regards to an incident that occurred Monday in the area of Harlem Road near the Buffalo Creek bridge overpass. 

In a post made to their social media pages they wrote, "On Monday, August 5th at approximately 1:20pm patrol responded to the vicinity of 935 Harlem Rd near the Buffalo Creek bridge overpass for a report of a male laying on the sidewalk. Patrols located a 49 year old victim who had suffered apparent head and internal injuries. The cause of the victim's injuries remain under investigation. He was taken to ECMC and is in stable condition but unable to provide an account of events."
