LOCKPORT, NY-- A teenager charged in a deadly fire in Lockport appeared before a Niagara County judge Tuesday morning.
Back in August, a large industrial fire destroyed High Tread International back in August. Joe Phillips, 14, was killed in the fire.
The name of the suspect is not being released because of his age, but the teenager could face 10 charges in connection with the deadly fire.
His attorney filed a motion requesting the public not be allowed in future court proceedings, but that motion was denied by the judge.
