NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — The Niagara County Sheriff's Office arrested a 17-year-old on Tuesday after the teen allegedly made a threat of mass harm.
In a press release from the NCSO, they reported that a 17-year-old male allegedly made a threat against the Starpoint Central School District.
Following an investigation with the Niagara County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Bureau, police arrested the teen and issued him an appearance ticket for making a threat of mass harm. He was also referred to Niagara County Juvenile Probation.
A temporary extreme risk protection order was also applied due to the threat.
