BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two people were shot during an altercation early Saturday morning according to Buffalo Police.
Officers responded to a call for gunfire on Watson Street near Clinton Street around 3:00 a.m.
A Buffalo Police spokesperson told 2 On Your Side that a 26-year-old man was shot seven times in the legs and foot. He was treated for his injuries at ECMC.
The spokesperson added that a 19-year-old woman was shot in the leg and treated at Oishei Children's Hospital.
Both injuries appeared to be non-life-threatening.
It is not clear how the altercation started.
Buffalo Police say their investigation is ongoing.
