Second man charged in Buffalo murder

BUFFALO, NY - A second man is facing charges for the 2017 murder of Jonathan Grumble.

The Erie County DA says Tevin McCutcheon, 23, of Buffalo, has been charged with two counts of second degree murder, as well as kidnapping and criminal possession of a weapon.

Investigators say McCutcheon allegedly played a role in the kidnapping and shooting of Jonathan Grumble, 23, of Buffalo. Grumble's body was found in a vacant lot at Quincy and Ashley streets.

McCutcheon has been placed in jail without bail, and faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
