Schiller Park shooting leaves 2 men hospitalized at ECMC

The 2 men shot were a 19-year-old and 22-year-old. They are recovering at ECMC.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Police confirmed Thursday that a 19-year-old man and 22-year-old man were taken to the Erie County Medical Center after a shooting that happened on Wednesday night.

The shooting happened shortly after 7 p.m. near the basketball courts in Schiller Park. 

A spokesperson for the Buffalo Police Department said that a dispute occurred following the shooting, and led to Ferry-Fillmore district officers having to respond at Sprenger Avenue and Doat Street. 

The 19-year-old man is listed in critical condition at ECMC. The 22-year-old man is in critical condition at ECMC.
